After years of shopping at Fachinas da Feliciano Sodré, I was poorly attended at the cashier by an employee. Just one to spoil the rest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem um ótimo atendimento, mas a entrega chega a ser piada. Da primeira vez que pedi disse que estava no lugar até às 18:00 sendo que ainda era 13:00 e era a 20 min da loja, mesmo assim não chegaram até às 18:35 e quando fui buscar na loja nem tinha saído pra entrega. Desta vez pedi a ração e disseram que não tinha então fui na loja somente para comprar areia pois o pedido min não daria o valor pelo qual entregam e quando cheguei lá tinha a ração. Ótima loja para quem quer ir lá sem ao menos saber se o lugar tem o produto, mas se depender do whatsapp não vale minimamente a pena.
The store has great service, but delivery is a joke. The first time I asked it said it was in place until 18:00 and it was still 13:00 and it was 20 minutes from the store, even so they didn't arrive until 18:35 and when I went to pick it up at the store it didn't even come out for delivery . This time I asked for the ration and they said I didn't have it so I went to the store only to buy sand because the min order would not give the value for which they deliver and when I got there I had the ration. Great store for those who want to go there without even knowing if the place has the product, but if you depend on whatsapp it's not worth it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo tratamento aos fornecedores e péssimo lugar para entregar. Estou desde 7h da manhã. O recebimento de materiais é a partir de 8h. Os funcionários ficaram comendo e conversando até 10h e depois que começaram a receber o material do primeiro caminhão. Já são 11:20h e não terminaram de receber nem o primeiro caminhão. Estou com uma entrega pequena e sou o terceiro por ordem de chegada. Param para o almoço 12h e voltam só 14h com horário final de 16h. Ainda tenho que entregar em outros 5 estabelecimentos e não sei se conseguirei. Absurdo esperar mais de 3 horas sem uma posição da empresa. Só recebem um caminhão por vez, e ainda fixaram um cartaz descrito "Com o intuito de melhorarmos nosso recebimento de mercadorias...". Sem mais comentários.
Lousy treatment to suppliers and lousy place to deliver. I've been here since 7:00 in the morning. The receipt of materials is from 8am. The employees stayed eating and talking until 10 am and after they started receiving material from the first truck. It is already 11:20 pm and they have not finished receiving even the first truck. I have a small delivery and I am the third on a first come, first served basis. They stop for lunch at 12h and return only at 14h with a final time of 16h. I still have to deliver to 5 other establishments and I don't know if I can do it. Absurd to wait more than 3 hours without a company position. They only receive one truck at a time, and they even fixed a poster described "With the intention of improving our receipt of goods ...". No more comments.
