★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem de melhorar muito no que diz respeito à orientar os estudantes da area da saude ao transitar por entre os pacientes no espaço de atendimento. A gente precisa falar com os atendentes no balcão e eles ficam sentados em bando nas cadeiras de atendimento conversando, ficam aglomerados no balcão de atendimento alguns só batendo papo mesmo, falta de educação total. Já vi até mesmo aluno ocupando duas cadeiras ao mesmo tempo com mochilas pra guardar lugar não sei pra quem, quando precisavam de mais cadeiras serem liberadas e para os visitantes pacientes. No mais o atendimento da assistência social é muito bom!
It has to improve a lot with regard to guiding students in the health field when transiting between patients in the care space. We need to talk to the attendants at the counter and they sit in a group in the service chairs talking, they stay in the service desk, some just chatting, lack of total education. I've even seen a student occupying two chairs at the same time with backpacks to save space, I don't know for whom, when they needed more chairs to be released and for patient visitors. In addition, the assistance of social assistance is very good!
