★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas na estrutura do imóvel. Contrato pouco favorável ao inquilino. Quanto aos funcionários, todos são muito gentis e prestativos, bastante ágeis e dispostos a solucionar o problema do cliente. Minha queixa é direcionada realmente à política contratual adotada pela empresa.
I had problems with the structure of the property. Contract unfavorable to the tenant. As for the employees, they are all very kind and helpful, very agile and willing to solve the customer's problem. My complaint is really directed at the contractual policy adopted by the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei dois anos no imóvel, sempre paguei em dias, entreguei o imóvel em melhor condições que cheguei, troquei torneiras e luzes, pintei as as paredes e ainda me cobraram mais de $ 400 referente a pintura da casa. Passem longe.
I spent two years in the property, always paid within days, delivered the property in better condition than I arrived, changed taps and lights, painted the walls and was charged more than $400 for painting the house. Pass away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas no processo de locação de um imóvel no local. Tudo lindo no processo de apresentação, contudo, seu contrato possui poucos direitos para quem está alugando. É cobrado até a taxa pra gerar o boleto de pagamento do aluguel (Única forma de pagamento inclusive) e entre outras taxas. Não prossegui com o processo de locação, tendo em vista as informações contidas no contrato. Contudo os mesmo estavam dispostos a ficar com um mês de aluguel, sendo que paguei dois calções, pelo simples fato de terem feito o contrato que por sinal, não estava nem assinado pela corretora e nem autenticado no cartório. Depois de muita conversa via WhatsApp (único local de atendimento), meu problema foi resolvido, necessitando a ida até o local. Fui super bem atendido e recebi o valor integral do meu calção, sem necessidade de envolver advogados. Deste modo, fiquem atentos as letrinhas miúdas.
I had problems in the process of renting a property on site. Everything is beautiful in the presentation process, however, your contract has few rights for those who are renting. It is charged up to the fee to generate the rent payment slip (Only payment method included) and among other fees. I did not proceed with the lease process, in view of the information contained in the contract. However, they were willing to stay with a month's rent, and I paid two shorts, for the simple fact of having made the contract which, by the way, was neither signed by the brokerage nor authenticated at the notary's office. After a lot of conversation via WhatsApp (the only service location), my problem was resolved, requiring a trip to the location. I was very well attended and received the full amount of my shorts, without the need to involve lawyers. So, keep an eye out for the fine print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tive problemas com esta imobiliaria,alguns: primeiro o imovel de meu interesse foi anunciado para locação por R$850,00,coloquei documentos solicitados,aguardei 48hs como pediram,recebie resposta e o imovel ja tinha sido alterado R$ 100,00 a mais do valor anunciado, sem informaçao previa,uma vez que minha documentação já estava em analise...Segundo o mesmo imovel para locação ,tambem está em outro anuncio para venda!Achei que nao tiveram transparencia e nem respeito e fizeram propaganda enganossa.Mim sentie enganada e perdie meu tempo ..insastisfaçao total

According to the same property for rent, it is also in another advertisement for sale! and waste my time ..total dissatisfaction
