A parte financeira é um horror, temos um valor a ser ressarcido desde abril e, quando se consegue falar com alguém, é marcado com 15 dias, depois com 20 dias e assim sucessivamente. E nada de pagamento. Mas, se a gente tem que pagar algo, tem que ser no dia marcado, se atrasar 1 dia, a multa e os juros são enormes.
The physical structure is great but the academic services are not so much, in this period, so nothing can be solved. The financial part is a horror, we have a value to be reimbursed since April and, when you can talk to someone, it is marked with 15 days, then with 20 days and so on. And no payment. But, if we have to pay something, it has to be on the scheduled day, if we are 1 day late, the fine and interest are huge.
