Student service at the institution's Cal Center is terrible I'm more than an hour trying to talk to an attendant. Unfortunately, I'm only still at this institution because I have a scholarship and I'm about to graduate, but I'm very uncomfortable with student service.

Faculty do not have any support to answer calls, but they have a giant structure of companies specialized in carrying out improper charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca estudei nessa instituição, nunca tive um dia de aula. fiz a minha inscrição uma vez em um curso porem, foi em fevereiro de 2020 nessa época não foi aberto turma devido a pandemia, fui varias vezes na instituição para verificar quando seria o inicio das aulas. quando me foi informado que por enquanto não tinha alunos o suficiente para formar a turma, então eu solicitei o cancelamento da matricula e me foi garantido que me seria gerado nenhum custo pq não ouve nenhuma aula ate o momento do meu cancelamento devido a pandemia. agora fui consultar meu nome e descobri que estou negativada com uma divida enorme nessa instituição. já tentei contato pelo telefone porem o atendimento e péssimo, e ninguém resolve nada. com toda certeza irei atrás dos meus direitos.
I never studied at this institution, I never had a day of class. I registered once in a course, however, it was in February 2020 at that time no class was opened due to the pandemic, I went to the institution several times to check when classes would start. when I was informed that for the time being I didn't have enough students to form the class, so I requested the cancellation of registration and I was assured that no cost would be generated because I don't hear any classes until the moment of my cancellation due to the pandemic. Now I went to look up my name and found out that I am in debt with a huge debt in this institution. I've tried contacting by phone but the service is terrible, and no one solves anything. I will definitely go after my rights.
