Está dentro do aceitável para uma instituição de ensino superior. A estrutura é boa, com laborarios bem equipados e professores gabaritados.
Study for 2 years and at this moment, the readaptation phase to 100% face-to-face studies began. So, it would be unfair to evaluate without parameters the inverse of the pandemic scenario.
It is within the acceptable range for a higher education institution. The structure is good, with well-equipped laboratories and qualified teachers.

TERRIBLE online service, I've been trying to reach the new number for days and they don't even respond at the times they say they work. Completely regretted having signed a contract with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando falar com o financeiro dessa escola. Não consigo por telefone... chama chama e parece não ter funcionários trabalhando. Não consegui por whatsapp... que com toda certeza é um canal muito pior que o telefone... você tenta seguir uma URA e cai num link que abre uma outra instância do whatsapp no seu PC e ai trava tudo.
Sinceramente eu fico em dúvidas se essa empresa tem qualidade nos produtos que presta
I'm trying to get in touch with the finance department at this school. I can't get on the phone... calls call and there seem to be no employees working. I couldn't get through whatsapp... which is certainly a much worse channel than the phone... you try to follow an IVR and fall on a link that opens another instance of whatsapp on your PC and then everything crashes.
Honestly I am in doubt if this company has quality in the products it provides
