★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, péssimo, ninguém resolve absolutamente nada nada, tenta na secretaria, tenta no setor de matrícula volta para secretaria enfim tenta resolver pelo portal SIA, jogo de empurra-empurra.
Coordenador não existe, diretor também não tem, contato via whasApp não respondem.
Totalmente arrependido, só quero cancelar a matrícula e o meu dinheiro de volta.
CHEGA DE TRANSTORNO E ABORRECIMENTO.

 Horrible, terrible, no one solves anything at all, try in the secretariat, try in the registration department, go back to the secretariat, finally try to solve through the SIA portal, push-push game.
Coordinator doesn’t exist, director doesn’t, contact via whasApp doesn’t respond.
Totally sorry, I just want to cancel the registration and my money back.
ARRIVAL OF DISORDER AND BORING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem um número pra falar diretamente com o atendente não? O atendimento é só por robô? Nunca estudei nessa Estácio, não devo a ninguém e por que agora estou sendo cobrado por coisas que nunca comprei? Alguém dessa empresa pode me dar um número real, eu quero resolver um problema.
Don't you have a number to talk directly to the attendant? Is the service only by robot? I never studied at this Estácio, I don't owe anyone and why am I now being charged for things I never bought? Can someone from this company give me a real number, I want to solve a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebo sempre uma injeção de ânimo cada vez que estou cercado por professores e colegas, vejo a possibilidade de fazer a diferença, coisa que antes da Estácio fazer parte da minha vida isso seria impossível.
I always get a boost of spirit every time I'm surrounded by teachers and colleagues, I see the possibility of making a difference, something that before Estácio was part of my life this would have been impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço curso de teatro na Estácio. Duração de seis meses. Metade do período o teatro esteve em reforma e indisponível para utilização. Minha turma usou a biblioteca de forma improvisada. Não foi legal. A reforma acabou. O backstage foi feito de depósito de materiais. Precisa melhorar o quesito do teatro.
I take a theater course at Estácio. Six month duration. Half of the period the theater was under renovation and unavailable for use. My class used the library in an improvised way. It wasn't cool. The reform is over. The backstage was made of a material warehouse. The theater needs to improve.

Realizei minha inscrição para o curso online e pedir gentilmente no mesmo dia que realizei a inscrição para a atendente tira o DIS pois não tenho interesse. A mesma disse que até cinco dias úteis o financeiro enviaria um boleto no e-mail com o valor a ser pago atualizado. Passaram se dias como não obtive retorno liguei novamente e fui informada que não tinha nenhuma solicitação. Agora o atendente falou que seria necessário esperar mais alguns dias para enviares o boleto. Perguntei se poderia cancelar com ele a minha inscrição o mesmo disse que não conseguiria. Teria que ir ao polo que havia escolhido. O pior de tudo é não conseguir falar em nenhum dos números. Zero estrelas. O barato as vezes sai caro. Não vale nossa paz.
I can't give Estácio any stars. I made my registration for the online course and asked kindly on the same day that I made the registration for the attendant to remove the DIS because I am not interested. The same said that up to five business days the finance would send a slip by e-mail with the updated amount to be paid. Days passed and I didn't get a response, I called again and was informed that I had no request. Now the attendant said that it would be necessary to wait a few more days to send the ticket. I asked if I could cancel my subscription with him and he said he couldn't. I would have to go to the pole I had chosen. Worst of all is not being able to speak in any of the numbers. Zero stars. Cheap is sometimes expensive. Our peace is not worth it.
