I've been requesting my certificate for a long time and it's always "rejected", and my data/notes/financial is all ok.

Can anyone tell me if you attended postgraduate studies at Estratego and received the certificate?
I just started mine and I'm getting seriously worried about the comments about getting the certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, contato difícil quase impossível falar com alguém, quando consegue quem atende não tem educação. Aulas superficiais demais para MBA que foi meu caso. E muita dor de cabeça para conseguir que enviem o certificado de conclusão. NÃO RECOMENDO. Meu certificado chegou sim depois de muitas ligações e muita dor de cabeça.
Bad experience, difficult contact, almost impossible to talk to someone, when you get it, the person who answers has no education. Too superficial classes for an MBA, which was my case. And a lot of headache to get them to send the certificate of completion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My certificate arrived after many calls and a lot of headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma bolsa no pronapós, parcelinhas que cabiam no meu bolso, professores com excelente domínio das matérias,gostei, concluí e solicitei o Certificado de Conclusão, me deram o prazo de 15 dias para analisarem se eu estava apta e só daqui a 120 dias que vão me enviar o meu certificado de conclusão digital, já que a faculdade não disponibiliza nem pagando o certificado físico. Poderiam no mínimo oferecer a declaração de conclusão como cortesia por esperar por tanto tempo o Certificado Digital.
I won a scholarship at pronapós, parcels that fit in my pocket, teachers with excellent mastery of the subjects, I liked it, completed it and requested the Certificate of Completion, they gave me a period of 15 days to analyze if I was able and only in 120 days they will send me my digital certificate of completion, as the college does not provide or pay for the physical certificate. They could at least offer the declaration of completion as a courtesy for waiting so long for the Digital Certificate.

Desde o ano de 2018 venho solicitando a entrega do meu certificado de conclusão do curso MBA Logistica e produção, mas nunca sou atendida. Todas as vezes que procuro a estratego recebo respostas incorretas e vagas. Quando relato que todas as disciplinas foram concluídas o acadêmico diz que vai me retornar e nunca ligam.
Total descaso. Não recomendo.
Terrible service.
Since 2018 I have been requesting the delivery of my certificate of completion of the MBA Logistics and Production course, but I have never been answered. Every time I look for stratego I get incorrect and vague answers. When I report that all the subjects have been completed, the academic says he will get back to me and they never call.
Total neglect. I do not recommend.
