★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Faculdade não cumpre com o pagamento dos profissionais que prestam serviço pra ela. Dei aula em Novembro de 2021, e até agora 21 de Janeiro de 2022 nunca efetuaram o pagamento. O pior de tudo, é que a pessoa responsável pelo financeiro nem responde ou sequer dá uma satisfação.
The Faculty does not pay the professionals who provide services to it. I taught in November 2021, and so far January 21, 2022 they have never paid. Worst of all, the person responsible for the finance doesn't even respond or even give a satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado foi ofertado cursos de pós-graduação EAD com valor bem abaixo da média, no curso que escolhi pagava menos de R$ 70 por mês. Durante o curso a faculdade prestou bom atendimento, cumpria com o cronograma das aulas, bons professores.. Porém ultimamente vem prestando um péssimo atendimento, não tivemos a última aula que era equivalente a última disciplina do curso e a faculdade não deu satisfação quanto a isso. A secretaria/financeiro demora responder e as vezes não respondem, até hoje estou aguardando eles resolverem um problema causado por eles msm, (pedi pra darem baixa no boleto e a secretaria ou sistema deu baixa no boleto errado. Era pra receber meu diploma dia 07/01/22 segundo o cronograma, e nada até agora. O pior ainda é que eles não deixam o grupo do WhatsApp aberto pra gente se comunicar com eles. Ato até antidemocrático ao meu ver. Talvez no fundo eles sabem que se abrirem o grupo vai ter muita reclamação, todavia é errado isso o que eles fazem. Em suma, no início a experiência foi até boa mas agora sei que NÃO escolherei novamente fazer um curso nessa faculdade.
Last year, distance learning postgraduate courses were offered with a value well below average, in the course I chose, I paid less than R$ 70 per month. During the course, the college provided good service, complied with the class schedule, good teachers. . The secretariat/finance department takes a long time to respond and sometimes they don't respond, until today I'm waiting for them to solve a problem caused by them, (I asked them to write off the slip and the secretariat or system wrote off the wrong slip. I was supposed to receive my diploma on the 07th /01/22 according to the schedule, and nothing so far. The worst thing is that they don't leave the WhatsApp group open for us to communicate with them. An undemocratic act in my opinion. Maybe deep down they know that if they open the group there will be a lot of complaints, but what they do is wrong.. In short, at first the experience was quite good but now I know that I will NOT choose to take a course at this college again.
