★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura mediana, a única coisa que salva são alguns poucos professores e funcionários. Sempre uma dor de cabeça pra resolver qualquer problema com notas, financeiro e/ou documentação. Portal do aluno frequentemente fora do ar. Se engana quem acredita que a Pitágoras é referência pela quantidade de curso, não é. Minha experiência foi estressante, não recomendo.
Medium structure, the only thing that saves are a few teachers and staff. Always a headache to solve any problem with notes, financial and / or documentation. Student portal often down. It is wrong to believe that Pitágoras is a reference due to the amount of course, it is not. My experience was stressful, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar na unidade de Guarapari, INFELIZMENTE , não atendem nunca as ligações, deveriam tirar o número do GOOGLE, já que infelizmente não atendem as ligações, cada dia que se passa, pior é o atendimento destas faculdades, depois reclamam quando as pessoas comentam negativamente, MAS ATENDIMENTO EM PRIMEIRO LUGAR SEMPRE. Infelizmente esta faculdade esta deixando muito a desejar quando se trata de atendimento.
I'm trying to call the unit in Guarapari, UNFORTUNATELY, they never answer the calls, they should take the GOOGLE number, since unfortunately they don't answer the calls, every day that goes by, the worse is the service at these colleges, then they complain when people comment negatively, BUT SERVICE FIRST ALWAYS. Unfortunately this faculty is leaving a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sou de reclamar, sempre tento deixar por menos e aguardar até as coisas se resolverem, mas é muito difícil o atendimento da Pitágoras. Você não consegue ligar nos números que eles disponibilizam, manda e-mail e não é respondido, quando consigo atendimento a ligação cai, você tenta retornar e todos dão caixa postal.
Como uma faculdade disponibiliza cursos em formato EAD e não conseguem tirar uma dúvida simples pelo telefone? seja ligação, whatssapp.. ?
I'm not one to complain, I always try to let things go and wait until things are resolved, but Pitágoras' service is very difficult. You can't call the numbers they provide, you send an email and there's no answer, when I get the answer the call drops, you try to return and everyone gives voicemail.
How does a college offer courses in distance learning format and can't answer a simple question over the phone? whether call, whatsapp.. ?
