★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A secretaria é péssima em seu atendimento e as funcionárias não possuem qualificação pois NUNCA informa o procedimento correto. É uma pena pois acabam afetando a reputação de ensino que sempre foi muito boa.
 The secretariat is terrible in its service and the employees are not qualified because they NEVER inform the correct procedure. It is a pity because they end up affecting the reputation of teaching, which has always been very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização, a cerca de 1 minuto do metrô Sumaré (linha 2 verde). Horários diferenciados em relação as faculdades tradicionais, ótimos professores. Possui boa estrutura de biblioteca equipada com computadores. Bom custo x benefício.
Great location, about 1 minute from the Sumaré subway (green line 2). Different times compared to traditional colleges, great teachers. It has good library structure equipped with computers. Good cost x benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou sempre bem recebida pelos Colaboradores da segurança, recebo todo o apoio bibliotecário com um atendimento sem igual da Colaboradora Regiane e os Professores são muito solicitos e incentivadores do profundo conhecimento. Só fica a desejar o TI da instituição que ainda necessita de alguns ajustes.
I am always well received by Security Collaborators, I receive all the library support with an unparalleled assistance from Collaborator Regiane and the Teachers are very solicitous and encourage deep knowledge. The IT of the institution only needs some adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administração péssima, da pior qualidade! Alguns professores são atenciosos e competente, outros, são acomodados e não se importam com o desenvolvimento da disciplina. Menosprezam os estudantes por conta da humildade. Claro, existem exceções mas no contexto geral é como fazer um curso em EAD, você aprende sozinho e "de vez em quando" consegue uma atenção.
Lousy administration, of the worst quality! Some teachers are attentive and competent, others are accommodated and do not care about the development of the discipline. They despise students because of humility. Of course, there are exceptions but in the general context it is like taking a distance learning course, you learn by yourself and "from time to time" you get attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os professores são ótimos, não há o que reclamar. Porém a administração deixa a desejar em muitos fatores, a dor de cabeça pra resolver os problemas são em todos os meses. Não vale a pena se matricular, só vai ter dor de cabeça para resolver, uma hora é nota errada que aparece no sistema, outra hora é nome que não aparece na lista de chamada. Sério, se está pensando em entrar na faculdade, vá procurar outra, não vale a pena o stress que vc vai passar l.
The teachers are great, there is nothing to complain about. However, the management leaves much to be desired in many factors, the headache to solve the problems is in every month. It is not worth enrolling, you will only have a headache to solve, one hour is a wrong note that appears in the system, another time is a name that does not appear in the call list. Seriously, if you are thinking about going to college, go look for another one, it is not worth the stress that you will spend there.

Mas o atendimento ao aluno é ridiculo, estou indo para o 3º semestre de ADM, quando fiz a matricula fui orientado de maneira erroneamente pela atendente da secretaria. Tinha nota do ENEM 2017, porem a SUMARE estava com uma promoção de 50% do curso durante 1 ano, com a minha nota do ENEM o valor da mensalidade seria de R$ 490,00, pela promoção da SUMARE R$ 408,00. Questionei a atendente se após esse 1 ano, eu poderia usar a nota do ENEM 2018 para um possivel desconto, ela informou que sim, fiz o ENEM 2018, tirei uma nota maior que em 2017, quando liguei na secretaria para verificar sobre o desconto, informaram que desconto com ENEM somente para alunos novos. Enfim devido a um péssimo atendimento, terei que trancar minha faculdade, pois o valor de R$ 408,00 foi para R$ 820,00. Ja tentei negociar com a secretaria uma bolsa parcial, ja solicitei bolsa pelo aluno online e nada de ter um retorno, não sei se a SUMARÉ não gosta de auxiliar os seus alunos ou se os profissionais não fazem questão de prestar um bom atendimento, mas até o momento o atendimento foi LAMENTÁVEL!!!
Great teachers, nice environment and amazing hours. But student service is ridiculous, I'm going to the 3rd semester of ADM, when I enrolled I was wrongly guided by the secretary's attendant. I had ENEM 2017 grade, but SUMARE had a promotion of 50% of the course for 1 year, with my ENEM grade the monthly fee would be R$ 490.00, for the SUMARE promotion R$ 408.00. I asked the attendant if after that 1 year, I could use the ENEM 2018 grade for a possible discount, she informed that yes, I took the 2018 ENEM, I took a higher grade than in 2017, when I called the secretary to check about the discount, informed that discount with ENEM is only for new students. Anyway, due to a bad service, I will have to lock my college, because the value of R$ 408,00 was for R$ 820,00. I've already tried to negotiate a partial scholarship with the secretary, I've already requested a scholarship for the student online and nothing to get a return, I don't know if SUMARÉ doesn't like to help its students or if the professionals don't make a point of providing good service, but even the moment the service was DISGUSTING!!!

Sempre temos problemas com a central do aluno, as aulas começam sempre um mês depois de todas as instituições, fazendo com que o semestre seja extremamente corrido. A matricula que tem que enviar para a sptrans e enviada muito tarde. No final do curso acaba sendo um curso mais EAD do que presencial.
Terrible, good teachers they take. We always have problems with the student center, classes always start a month after all institutions, making the semester extremely busy. The registration that you have to send to sptrans is sent too late. At the end of the course it ends up being a distance learning course rather than a classroom course.
