★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, ninguém nunca atende a ligação e quando atende não resolve nada. Estou com uma dívida de quase 800 reais, fiz minha pré-matricula mas logo em seguida desistir e não fiz a matrícula para o ano letivo, avisei várias vezes por telefonema quando me ligavam e todas as vezes pedir para que me desligasse da instituição e em todas vezes ele me confirmava que estava tudo ok e sem nenhuma dívida. Por fim se passaram mais de 1 ano, quando olho meu SPC estou com essa pendência na instituição. Obs: Nunca tive uma aula! Inadimissivel ??♂️
Horrible, nobody ever answers the call and when they answer it doesn't solve anything. I have a debt of almost 800 reais, I did my pre-enrollment but soon after gave up and did not enroll for the school year, I told me several times by phone when they called me and every time I asked to leave the institution and in every time he confirmed to me that everything was ok and without any debt. Finally, more than 1 year passed, when I look at my SPC I have this pending issue at the institution. Note: I never had a class! Inadmissible ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei há pouco meu curso EaD, mas já vi que eles PECAM nos vídeo-aulas, os vídeos são antigos e com qualidade baixa para o padrão atual, parece jornal de televisão antiga. Deveriam atualizar esses vídeos até porque muitas coisas atuais deveriam ser inclusas e a qualidade melhorada. Faço Logística e é uma área que está em constante evolução para manterem vídeos tão antigos na plataforma. A plataforma do ambiente virtual é boa, fácil de utilizar, os textos e conteúdo que acessei até agora são bem explicados apesar de provavelmente também serem antigos.
I just started my EaD course, but I've seen that they PECAM in the video classes, the videos are old and with low quality for the current standard, it looks like an old television newspaper. These videos should be updated because a lot of current things should be included and the quality improved. I do Logistics and it is an area that is constantly evolving to keep such old videos on the platform. The platform of the virtual environment is good, easy to use, the texts and content that I have accessed so far are well explained, although they are probably also old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A faculdade desmotiva demais o aluno. De início a plataforma EAD é muito RUIM! Desatualizada, docentes que não ensinam, somente lêem os slides, slides mal montados e apolistas com erros ortográfico e mal elaboradas. Sigo na faculdade porque sou bolsista prouni então não tenho muitas opções, mas estou decepcionada demais com a unip em geral.
Faculty discourages the student too much. At first the EAD platform is very BAD! Outdated, teachers who do not teach, only read the slides, poorly assembled slides and poorly prepared and misspelled apolists. I'm still in college because I'm a Prouni Scholar so I don't have many options, but I'm really disappointed with the unip in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site e vídeo aula de baixa qualidade, média infraestrutura, sistema de segurança ridículo, onde se apresenta um comprovante de matrícula onde os funcionários nem se quer conferem do que se trata o papel, para entrar na faculdade, o site não comporta a quantidade de acessos, principalmente em época de provas. Pecam na limpeza dos sanitários, fora isso nunca tive problemas financeiros ou com serviços com a secretaria.

Você tem que abrir diversos atendimentos que passam do prazo e ninguém responde, temos que ligar diversas vezes para não obter uma resolução concreta correndo o risco de perder o semestre por falta de compromisso profissional da equipe ??
