★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo um problema enorme pra resolver um problema de conclusão do curso! Ligo pra faculdade, já chegaram a desligar na minha cara... Abro ocorrência, demoram pra responder! Só continuo na faculdade por estar no final do curso! Mas me arrependo muito em ter me matriculado. Não indico para ninguém.
Estou tendo problemas com isenção de disciplinas já cursadas em outra faculdade! No manual do aluno diz: 5.9 Isenção de Disciplinas Durante o processo de matrícula, o aluno poderá obter isenção de disciplinas, caso tenha cursado, com aproveitamento, em outra Instituição de Ensino Superior, disciplinas equivalentes em conteúdo e carga horária. O pedido de isenção de disciplina deve ser solicitado via Requerimento à Secretaria do Polo de Apoio Presencial. É necessária apresentação de cópia do Histórico Escolar e dos Programas de Disciplinas da instituição anterior. O pedido deve ocorrer, preferencialmente, no ato da matrícula do aluno na Faculdade. 29 A solicitação do pedido de isenção é válida somente para as disciplinas não disponíveis no Semestre Letivo Individualizado (SLI) do aluno. Isto é, o aluno não poderá solicitar isenção de disciplinas que estão sendo ofertadas no semestre letivo vigente. O requerimento será analisado pela área responsável em, no máximo, 15 dias úteis.
Porém em contato com a faculdade através de uma ocorrência, me informaram: Prezada Ana, informamos que você obteve 20 isenções que é o maximo permitido para o curso de Administração.
Logo, não é mais possivel isentar outra disciplina.
Continuamos a disposição.
Um absurdo esses tipos de problemas!!!

I'm having problems with exemption from subjects already taken at another college! In the student manual it says: 5.9 Exemption from Disciplines During the enrollment process, the student may obtain an exemption from disciplines, if he / she has successfully completed, at another Higher Education Institution, equivalent subjects in content and workload. The request for exemption from discipline must be requested via Request to the Secretariat of the Support Center. It is necessary to present a copy of the School History and Discipline Programs of the previous institution. The request should occur, preferably, at the time of the student's enrollment at the Faculty. 29 The request for the exemption request is valid only for the subjects not available in the student's Individualized Academic Semester (SLI). That is, the student will not be able to request exemption from subjects that are being offered in the current semester. The application will be analyzed by the responsible area in a maximum of 15 working days.
However, in contact with the college through an occurrence, they informed me: Dear Ana, we inform you that you obtained 20 exemptions, which is the maximum allowed for the Administration course.
Therefore, it is no longer possible to exempt another discipline.

These types of problems are absurd !!!

Da última vez mandaram um boleto no meu portal com um valor altíssimo quando eu liguei pra em saber a atendente me disse que era pra outra Bianca não eu.Quer dizer uma bagunça Por favor quero uma explicação porqur no meu Portal ainda está constando o valor de um boleto que não é meu.Pois não sou um robô.A gente nao consegue falar com ninguém direto.E não vou pagar o que eu não estou devendo.E me arrependi de não ter feito na Estácio onde fiz minha graduação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Tentando resolver um problema há meses e não consigo. Nas mensagens que enviei pelo SAA, todas tive como resposta que eu precisava recuperar a matéria. Sendo que as avaliações são mal formuladas e cheias de erros. O coordenador tentou de toas as formas me ajudar, mas a equipe do SAA em nenhum momento colaborou. Enfim... Não façam.
I do not recommend. Trying to solve a problem for months and I can't. In the messages I sent through SAA, all of them answered that I needed to get the story back. The evaluations are poorly formulated and full of errors. The coordinator tried very hard to help me, but the SAA team never collaborated. Anyway ... Don't do it.

The post in bioinformatics is terrible, there is only material in pdf. It doesn't even have a video lesson. Very weak content.
