Terrible service, for the third time I was here, it took me almost 2 hours to be assisted, in addition to having a wreath that fell after 3 days and I had to come back again to fix it.

Gente as alunas que nos atenderam e o Doutor que fez o procedimento foi de uma gentileza e delicadeza, um cuidado. Super recomendo, o procedimento foi gratuito, só tem que agendar. Muito obrigada feli páscoa
I loved the place and the professionals, my baby (26 days today) went there to do a little tongue brake procedure. People, the students who attended us and the Doctor who performed the procedure was very kind and gentle, caring. I highly recommend, the procedure was free, you just have to schedule. Thank you so much happy easter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Faculdade faz atendimento gratuito e aberto ao público. As instalações são ótimas e material de primeira linha. O atendimento dos estudantes é humanizado. Só não dou 5 estrelas por causa do atendimento pelo WHATSSAPP que as vezes é demorado e confuso . E também, as vezes pela falta de organização com os retornos e o agendamento dos procedimentos. Várias vezes a funcionária, da recepção, perguntava o que o paciente ia fazer lá. Creio que algo deveria ter sido anotado em algum histórico/pasta do paciente, mas as vezes parecem faltar essas orientações.
No mais, por enquanto, está valendo esperar...
Deixando claro que canal e implantes, só pagam algumas taxas, não é o preço cheio de mercado.
No mais, quando terminar tratamento, venho aqui terminar a resenha.
The Faculty provides free service and open to the public. The facilities are great and the material is top notch. Student service is humanized. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the WHATSSAPP service, which is sometimes time-consuming and confusing. And also, sometimes due to the lack of organization with the returns and scheduling of procedures. Several times the receptionist asked what the patient was going to do there. I believe that something should have been noted in some patient history/folder, but sometimes these guidelines seem to be missing.
Anyway, for now, it's worth the wait...
Making it clear that canal and implants only pay some fees, it is not the full market price.
In addition, when I finish treatment, I come here to finish the review.
