★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei efetuar a troca da bateria do carro em um sábado pela manhã. Fui atendido em casa pelo Paulo e não tenho do que reclamar. Atendimento rápido e eficiente. O Paulo, além de realizar a troca fez um trabalho de limpeza dos contatos da bateria e meu deu dicas de manutenção de forma a evitar aquela crosta que as vezes se forma nos contatos. Enfim super recomendo a Fadel Baterias, atendimento profissional, cordial, rápido e eficaz.

Sugeriram os modelos e marcas mais adequados para o meu carro e negociaram dando várias opções de pagamento e garantia. Ambiente agradável, organizado e limpo. Deixo aqui uma indicação confiável e de atendimento primoroso.

Atrasadíssimo para um compromisso inadiável, fui atendido com muita presteza pelo telefone (desculpe não lembrar o nome da atendente), apesar de ser quase o final de expediente. Não conhecia a Fadel e já ganhou pontos comigo. Em meia hora, o técnico Paulo Sérgio já estava em minha residência e há muito não recebia um atendimento com tanto esmero, profissionalismo e gentileza. Neste momento de pandemia, em especial, gente assim faz toda a diferença. Parabéns a Fadel por contar em seu quadro de funcionários com profissionais tão preparados e cheios de humanidade.
