Comprei um monitor usado e o proprietário me deu um cartão assinado como garantia e disse que em caso de qualquer problema era só levar lá para devolver. Ele disse isso pois não teve como testar a conexão VGA na hora. Ao instalar em casa, não houve compatibilidade com meu pc, então voltei à loja para desfazer a compra, como ele havia me dito. AO SABER QUE EU ERA PROFESSOR E NÃO CONCORDAVA COM SEU ÍDOLO, O BOZONARO, O CARA SE TRANSFORMOU! INVENTOU UM MONTE DE DESCULPAS PARA NÃO FICAR COM O PRODUTO E DEVOLVER MEU DINHEIRO! DE NOVO: PELO FATO DE SER PROFESSOR E NÃO CONCORDAR COM AS IDEIAS DO ÍDOLO DELE FIQUEI NO PREJUÍZO! Fui desrespeitado como cidadão e como cliente! Nunca mais coloco meus pés nesse lugar e recomendo a todos que procurem outro local para compras.
Bad experience! I gave it a star because it can't give zero! I bought a used monitor and the owner gave me a signed card as a guarantee and said that in case of any problem, just take it there to return. He said this because he had no way to test the VGA connection at the time. When installing at home, there was no compatibility with my pc, so I went back to the store to undo the purchase, as he had told me. ON KNOWING THAT I WAS A TEACHER AND DID NOT AGREE WITH HIS IDOL, THE BOZONARO, THE GUY WAS TRANSFORMED! INVENTED A LOT OF EXCUSES NOT TO STAY WITH THE PRODUCT AND RETURN MY MONEY! AGAIN: FOR THE FACT OF BEING A TEACHER AND NOT AGREEING WITH THE IDEAS OF HIS IDOL I WAS IN LOSS! I was disrespected as a citizen and as a customer! I never put my feet in that place again and I recommend everyone to look for another place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dono muito ignorante e loja com pouca opção, não voltaria aí nem se fosse de graça, um homem desses não pode trabalhar, trata os outros super mal e faz de tudo pra te vender qualquer coisa, você vai lá comprar um parafuso ele tenta te vender milhões de coisas, caso você não queira ele te olha estranho e te trata mal, fui maltratado dentro dessa loja e não volto nunca mais, o Flanelinha da rua que toma conta dos carros disse que ele já fez isso com vários clientes, ele disse que quase todo mundo sai de lá insatisfeito
Very ignorant owner and shop with little option, I wouldn't go back there even if it were for free, a man like that can't work, he treats others very badly and does everything to sell you anything, you go there to buy a screw he tries to sell you a million things, in case you don't want him to look at you strange and treat you badly, I was mistreated inside that store and I never come back, the Flanelinha on the street who takes care of the cars said that he has already done this with several customers, he said that almost everyone leaves there dissatisfied
