★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMPRESA DESONESTA! Aluguei dois andaimes da Faespro no dia 01/10/2021 por R$225,00 ao mês e paguei com cartão de crédito antecipadamente. No início de novembro, a empresa entrou em contato para fazer a renovação da locação, daí paguei mais R$225,00 por PIX. No dia 11/11/2021, os andaimes foram desocupados. Entrei em contato com a empresa para fazer a devolução antecipada e pedi desconto, já que o contrato encerraria somente no dia 30/11/2021. A Faespro deu desconto e fechou a locação desses 11 dias de novembro por R$180,00 e fez a cobrança desse valor. Eu paguei mais R$180,00 por PIX, na mesma hora, e eles recolheram os andaimes. Quando fui lançar esse gasto na minha planilha de controle, percebi que havia pagado em duplicidade a locação de novembro. Entrei em contato com a empresa e pedi a devolução de R$225,00, já que havíamos acertado que os dias de novembro ficariam por R$180,00 (tudo registrado em conversa pelo zap). Depois de 5 dias eles devolveram R$180,00 e não R$225,00. Entrei em contato com a empresa, eles disseram que o contrato foi renovado automaticamente e por isso eu devia R$225,00. Pedi para falar com o dono, disseram que não podiam dar o telefone dele. Fui até a loja, disseram que só o dono podia fazer alguma coisa, mas ele não estava. Tentei por telefone novamente, mas o dono não estava. Nunca está. Podia deixar pra lá, são R$45,00 de diferença, mas não está correto, temos a responsabilidade de acabar com essa malandragem brasileira, pra um dia termos dias melhores por aqui.
DISHONEST COMPANY! I rented two scaffolding from Faespro on 10/01/2021 for R$225.00 per month and paid with a credit card in advance. In early November, the company contacted me to renew the lease, so I paid another R$225.00 per PIX. On 11/11/2021, the scaffolding was vacated. I contacted the company to make an early return and asked for a discount, as the contract would only end on 11/30/2021. Faespro gave a discount and closed the lease for these 11 days in November for R$180.00 and charged this amount. I paid another R$180.00 per PIX, at the same time, and they collected the scaffolding. When I went to enter this expense in my control sheet, I realized that I had double-paid the November lease. I contacted the company and asked for a refund of R$225.00, as we had agreed that November days would be for R$180.00 (all recorded in conversation via zap). After 5 days they returned R$180.00 and not R$225.00. I contacted the company, they said that the contract was automatically renewed and that's why I owed R$225.00. I asked to speak to the owner, they said they couldn't give his phone number. I went to the store, they said that only the owner could do something, but he wasn't there. I tried over the phone again, but the owner wasn't there. It never is. I could forget about it, the difference is R$45.00, but it is not correct, we have a responsibility to put an end to this Brazilian trickery, so that one day we will have better days here.
