★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A doutora Fabiana é ótima, mas o atendimento da clínica por telefone deixa a desejar. Estou desde ontem tentando agendar uma consulta e simplesmente não respondem, nem com uma negativa.
 Dr. Fabiana is great, but the service provided by the clinic over the phone leaves something to be desired. I've been trying to schedule an appointment since yesterday and they just don't respond, not even with a negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para meu filho, após várias tentativas. Liguei para confirmar 2 dias antes. Busquei meu filho mais cedo na escola para se consultar, paguei babá para ficar com meu filho mais novo.. chegando na consulta, a recepcionista simplesmente me diz que não estava havendo atendimento naquele dia. Como assim? Me desmarcaram e não avisaram? Gastei tempo, gasolina, dinheiro com babá. Achei uma falta de compromisso e responsabilidade! Não indico a ninguém. Recepcionistas totalmente despreparadas para lidar com situações adversas!
I made an appointment for my son, after several attempts. I called to confirm 2 days before. I picked up my son earlier from school for an appointment, I paid a nanny to stay with my youngest son.. when I arrived at the appointment, the receptionist simply told me that there was no service that day. As well? They unmarked me and didn't warn me? I spent time, gas, money on babysitting. I found a lack of commitment and responsibility! I don't recommend it to anyone. Receptionists totally unprepared to deal with adverse situations!
