★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na secretaria quero efetuar o pagamento pendente em atraso e estou a 10 dias pedindo insistentemente para refazerem e até agora nada!! confirmam que vão enviar no meu email e ate agora nada!! Os professores são muito profissionais e capacitados mas a secretária da faculdade é uma bagunça uma falta de respeito com o aluno!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam curso nessa Faculdade pq eles não entregam o diploma. Me formei em dezembro de 2019 e até hj (21-10-21) não entregaram o diploma. Os alunos ligam perguntando e falam q assuntos relacionados a diplomas é por e-mail, ai mandamos e-mail e eles não respondem, isso quando as moças da secretaria não são mal educadas cm a gnt. Da última vez que liguei perguntando do meu diploma disseram q eu tinha q esperar e q elas não podiam fazer nada e q eu não era a única sem diploma. Resumindo, um descaso total cm o aluno que estudou por 4 anos e acabou ficando sem diploma. Mas eu cansei de ligar e mandar e-mail e hj estou dando entrada na justiça, agora terão que entregar meu diploma por bem ou por mal.
Do not take a course at this Faculty because they do not deliver the diploma. I graduated in December 2019 and until today (10-21-21) they didn't deliver the diploma. Students call asking and say q issues related to diplomas are by email, then we send an email and they don't respond, that's when the girls at the secretariat are not rude to gnt. Last time I called asking about my diploma they said I had to wait and they couldn't do anything and I wasn't the only one without a diploma. In short, a total disregard for the student who studied for 4 years and ended up without a degree. But I got tired of calling and sending an e-mail and today I'm filing a lawsuit, now they'll have to hand over my diploma for better or worse.
