★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o carro em março, demoraram 4 semanas para fazer o antigo dono reconhecer o documento, 4 meses para pagar as multas que eram responsabilidade da agência. O documento foi reconhecido errado, já se passaram 6 meses e não estou com o documento, carro com o licenciamento atrasado, fora o atendimento causando extresse.
I bought the car in March, it took 4 weeks to get the former owner to recognize the document, 4 months to pay the fines that were the agency's responsibility. The document was recognized as wrong, 6 months have passed and I do not have the document, the car has its license delayed, apart from the service causing stress.

Comprei o carro em março/2020 á vista.
Paguei até mesmo os serviços de Detran e até agora nada da baixa de gravame, pgto de multa, licenciamento e transferencia e emplacamento do veiculo.
A desculpa sempre é a mesma o Detran não está funcionando, ainda como cliente parece que o Leonardo (vendedor) está me fazendo um favor.
Toda hora está ocupado pra atender, semlre com uma resposta que não cola mais.
Gente que nervoso que estou passando, pedi o telefone do seu superior e se nega a passar como se a empresa fosse dele e chega a ser mal educado.
Na hora de comprar é totalmente solicito, agora só enrola e está sendo cada vez mais mal educado.
Se esse é o atendimento desse local, jamais recomendo pois cliente é a alma do negócio.
Jamais voltarei a fazer negócio com eles, talvez terei que entrar até na justiça, daqui a pouco não vou conseguir andar com carro.

I bought the car in March / 2020 on sight.
I even paid for the services of Detran and so far nothing for the write-off, fine payment, licensing and transfer and registration of the vehicle.
The excuse is always the same Detran is not working, yet as a customer it seems that Leonardo (salesman) is doing me a favor.
He is always busy to answer, always with an answer that doesn't stick any more.
People who are nervous that I am passing by, asked for their superior's phone number and refuses to pass as if the company was his and gets to be rude.
When it comes to buying it is totally requested, now it just rolls up and is getting more and more rude.
If this is the service of this place, I never recommend it because the customer is the soul of the business.
I'll never do business with them again, maybe I'll even have to go to court, in a little while I won't be able to ride a car.
