★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem me atendeu foi o Gabriel, excelente mecânico, detalhou super bem o problema além de resolver na raiz.já tinha levado a Ford Edge 2013 em outras oficinas e ninguém resolveu o problema de luz do módulo abs, Gabriel foi cirúrgico e encerrou o carro em tempo recorde. Recomendo a todos.

Levei meu carro lá para fazer uma substituição de uma peça (volvo C30) e BATERAM MEU CARRO no dia 8 de março!!! e o PIOR NÃO FALARAM NADA!!! Se eu não vejo, prejuízo todo meu! (ATÉ O MOMENTO, REALMENTE O PREJUÍZO FOI TODO MEU) No dia 9 de março o atendente Gabriel disse para deixar o carro que ele iria arrumar, no dia seguinte recebo uma mensagem dizendo que o carro estava pronto! Quando eu chego lá, carro amassado! simplesmente PASSARAM UM PANO!!! ABSURDO!!! TENTANDO CONTATO COM O DONO E ATÉ AGORA NADA, SE RECUSSAM A PASSAR O CONTATO, resumindo, SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO! NÃO LEVEM O CARRO NESSE LUGAR!!! ME ESCUTEM OU SOFRAM AS CONSEQUÊNCIAS!!! Obs. Se você dono, está vendo isso e se importa com a reputação da sua empresa ,entre VOCÊ EM CONTATO COMIGO! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo, cheguei aqui às 11:15, exatamente as 15:30 me entregaram na recepção o carro, e as 16:30, exatamente agora, voltei pq ficou barulho no carro, nunca mais volto aqui, e mesmo assim fiz aqui a troca das pastilhas, pq o Carrefour deu a montagem e alinhamento dos pneus que comprei. Que decepção!!!
O problema foi solucionado pq o supervisor ou encarregado colocou a mão na massa, se fosse pelo mecânico, teria piorado o problema
Vc que respondeu agora, estou com minha nota de saída e horário que paguei, além do problema e demora, vc tbm mentem, são bando de mentirosos, estou indo pra casa agora as 17:00hs, pq o supervisor resolveu o problema,
Fica um alerta para as pessoas que vai nesse lugar, fique ciente que se vc reclamar aqui,ao invez de pedirem ao menos desculpas, vão mentir na resposta, bela resposta!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é ruim, mas na parte de funilaria se eu chamar de amadores estarei ofendendo amadores. Trabalho bem meia boca, tive que retornar com o carro pois para-choque, lanterna, capô ficaram totalmente desalinhados (a batida não foi feia, amassou pouquíssima coisa) a pintura é horrível, granulada, com riscos e mesmo com o retorno ainda deixaram coisas desalinhadas, pinturas ruins. Me falaram pra voltar novamente, mas procurarei um funileiro de confiança.
Isso porque a promessa quando cheguei lá pra deixar o carro era de que o carro ficaria como novo.
Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém os serviços de funilaria deles. Precisando de funilaria procure outra.
Outro ponto é que estragaram o painel do carro sem nem precisar mexer em painel.
Enfim, atendimento ok, funilaria horrível, péssima.
Pontualidade ruim também.
Os outros serviços não sei como são.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/12/2021 colidir meu carro (Montana Prata) na lateral de outro veículo comprometendo o lado esquerdo do meu carro como: para-lamas, capo, pneu, porta e para-choque, do carro do terceiro somente a lateral do lado direito por completa. Pois bem, abrir o sinistro no dia 13/12/2021 por que o meu seguro não atende sinistro nos finas de semana, um absurdo "NÃO ASSEGURE OS SEUS VEÍCULOS PELO SANTANDER" jájá conto sobre a seguradora.
Infelizmente no APP da asseguradora aparece algumas opções de oficinais credenciadas iludindo e direcionando os clientes a utilizarem essas empresas, achando que estava seguro leve meu carro na empresa FALCAR SERVIÇOS AUTOMOTIVOS, POR FAVOR NÃO LEVEM O SEUS VEÍCULOS NESTE LOCAL. entreguei meu carro para fazer reparos simples na lataria e trocas de peças da suspensão do lado do acidente meu o carro saiu pior do que entrou, serviço mau feito na pintura do carro está com várias pedrinhas e machas na pintura, eles sumiram a tampa da roda, os picos do pneus que eram personalizados, a porta ainda está empenada, o capo desaliado, não trocaram a grade frontal e estava no orçamento, pintaram em cima do logotipo da montana (eles pintaram o logotipo do carro??), meu carro está puxando do lado direito do acidente, ou seja, eles não fizeram o alinhamento do chassi e o pior de tudo meu carro ficou neste local imundo por 41 dias onde fiquei sem utilizar o carro para trabalhar lembrando que o carro é de trabalho. Vou buscar os meu direitos e não vou parar até eles se responsabilizarem e corrigirem o mau serviços que fizeram.

I delivered my car to make simple repairs to the bodywork and replacement of suspension parts on the side of the accident mine, the car came out worse than it came in, bad service done on the car's paintwork it has several pebbles and stains on the paint, they disappeared the wheel cover , the peaks of the tires that were customized, the door is still bent, the bonnet is out of shape, they didn't change the front grille and it was in the budget, they painted over the montana logo (they painted the car logo??), my car is pulling on the right side of the accident, that is, they didn't do the chassis alignment and worst of all my car was in this filthy place for 41 days where I didn't use the car to work remembering that the car is for work.
