★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e até familiares distantes estamos recebendo chamadas de cobrança eletrônica de uma tal de Gabi. Resolvi aceitar o passo a passo para tentar identificar do que se tratava. Apareceu uma conta em meu nome de R$ 160,00 que desconheço. Meu endereço de cobrança desse "serviço" também desconheço. Ou seja, FRAUDE TOTAL.
Ligo em todos os telefones relacionados no site da empresa, mas nenhum recebe ligações.

Mas fui surpreendido que na semana seguinte o escritório deles me ligou e prometeu resolver o problema, coisa que até agora, realmente aconteceu. Fico grato com a seriedade e a atenção da empresa, que erra sim ao não "caprichar" no acompanhamento das ligações, mas que, se acionada em reclamação, atende de pronto. Parabéns à empresa. E vai uma dica aos incomodados: RECLAMEM, que eles atendem sim.

Não sei que tipo de produto a empresa trata, mas se a conduta é assim provavelmente nada confiável, e sobretudo criminosa, já que há perturbação, violação de privacidade, e condição de "trote", conforme descrito no artigo 266 do Código Penal.
