★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi até bom .Só não estou satisfeita com o prazo para entrega.Comprei segunda -feira e o mesmo Mim informou que chegaria na quinta e agora depois de ter esperado o dia todo,liguei pra saber e disse que só chegaria sábado e provavelmente só armara na segunda..Acho uma falta de respeito com o cliente.comprei a vista .E agora depois desse tratamento não voltarei a comprar tão cedo.
The attendant was even good. I'm just not satisfied with the delivery deadline. I bought Monday and the same Mim informed that he would arrive on Thursday and now after having waited all day, I called to know and said that he would only arrive on Saturday and probably I only set up on Monday. I think there is a lack of respect for the customer. I bought the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem opção de móveis e pra quem vai comprar pela primeira vez tem que pagar 50% de entrada e pra quem já é cliente que ficou algum tempo sem comprar também. Terrível, um absurdo.

Vendedora, entregadores e armadora foram carismáticos e cordiais, porém falta profissionalismo das pessoas que tomam as decisões, talvez falte conhecimento técnico em gestão de processos e logística por parte destes. A empresa deve julgar que seus clientes são desocupados que podem ficar vários dias de plantão em casa aguardando que ela cumpra o contratado. Toda empresa tem problemas, mas o que as diferencia é como cada uma lida com eles. Não compro mais nada nesse lugar.
The attraction of the company is the price and so on. Saleswoman, couriers and shipowner were charismatic and friendly, but the decision makers lack professionalism, perhaps they lack technical knowledge in process management and logistics. The company must judge that its customers are unemployed that they can spend several days on call at home waiting for it to fulfill the contract. Every company has problems, but what differentiates them is how each one deals with them. I don't buy anything else in that place.

A cama véio com um saco lascado com uma fita adesiva tampando o lasco do saco quando fui tirá agora manchado de poeira.o Sófa retratiu o incosto tá soltando.o guarda roupa o rapaz montou e saiu quando fui arruma as roupas as gavetas fica soltando.?vou tenta fala com o gerente na outra semana e volto aqui.praver si ele respeita o cliente 10 anos de 5anos de compra na fama móveis serinha e agora em alagoinhas.

Fiz uma comprar de uma cama de urgencia mim garantiram entregar no outro dia ,fiz uma observação sobre o horario de entrega por conta do meu trabalho ,no ato da comprar tudo ok mas ai ja faz dois dias e nada da cama sinceramente um descaso pq na hora da comprar eh tudo como nos compradores queremos e depois de pago tudo como a loja quer no tempo deles ,fora qur mim deram um valor com 2 travesseiros e na nota so tinha 1 apenas e nada fizeram
