A clowning, they take time to deliver, make an appointment to set up the furniture and never comply. I'll never buy from that store again.

Pq fui comprar uma cama box e o valor era 60 reais mais cara que na cofel porem fui na terca e a cofel so entregava na Sexta e eu tinha urgencia, então msm sendo 60 reais mais cara comprei la na FAMA MOVEIS pq entregava na quarta-feira pela manhã. Resumindo vieram entregar na sexta-feira pq quarta- feira mim deram a desculpa que o depósito da cama era em SANTO ANTONIO DE JESUS e na quarta era feriado la E q na quinta cedo mim entrava quando deu quinta a tarde eu liguei pra la e o rapaz do depósito falou q so podia mim entregar na sexta pela manhã pq da cama que eu comprei so vem de Feira de Santana. Fiquei sem entender pq a fábrica da cama que eu comprei é aqui em CRUZ DAS ALMAS próximo da entrada da cidade e essa cama vinha de Feira?. Vieram mim entregar na sexta-feira umas 11:00hs do dia 14.06.19 se eu soubesse disso teria comprado na a mesma cama porem mais baratan e entregava na Sexta e o pior é que o dono da cama pesa uns 55 kilos so dormiu 3 noites na cama pq viajou e a cama ta aqui que vc senta ou deita e a cama é uma zuada dos infernos que n tem quem aguente. Vou ligar pra la pq eles vim ve oq ta acontecendo pq é 1 ano de garantia.... Não gostei, não compro mais la, não recomendo a ninguém e se alguém mim pedir referencia de loja eu dou qualquer outra menos a FAMA MÒVEIS DE CRUZ DAS ALMAS infelisnente???
I did not like it. Because I went to buy a box bed and the value was 60 reais more expensive than in cofel but I went on Tuesday and the cofel was delivered on Friday and I had urgency, then msm being 60 reais more expensive I bought it in FAMA MOVEIS because I delivered on Wednesday, Wednesday morning. In short they came to deliver on Friday because Wednesday I gave the excuse that the deposit of the bed was in SANTO ANTONIO DE JESUS and in the fourth it was a holiday and on the fifth I went in early when I gave Thursday to the afternoon I called boy from the warehouse said that I could only deliver on Friday morning because the bed I bought just comes from Feira de Santana. I did not understand why the bed factory that I bought is here in CRUZ DAS ALMAS near the entrance of the city and this bed came from Fair ?. They came to deliver me on Friday about 11:00 pm on 14.06.19 if I knew that I would have bought in the same bed but more baratan and delivered on Friday and the worst is that the owner of the bed weighs about 55 kilos so slept 3 nights in bed because he traveled and the bed is here that you sit or lie down and the bed is a hell of a damn that has no one to hang on. I'm going to call it because they came and what's happening is because it's a 1-year warranty .... I did not like it, I do not buy it any more, I do not recommend it to anyone and if someone asks me for a store reference I'll give anything other than FAMA CROSS OF THE SOULS
