Semana passada o carro precisou de uma manutenção e por estar na garantia fui até a loja, onde conversamos e tudo se resolveu. Deixo aqui registrado o meu agradecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu super recomendo, já comprei 2 carros na fama , o 1° não deu problema algum, o 2° depois de 2 meses começou a entrar água pelo teto, levei na agência no mesmo instante mandaram consertar, essa agência é top pode confiar, se procure o vendedor Henrique que ele vai te atender com maior atenção.

We bought two cars at Fama Veículos in July 2020. We had no problems with the documentation, everything was fine. It was just an appointment at Detran and that was it. They are very competent and organized. The after sales were excellent. My salesperson/consultant Henrique, gave us full attention. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento só é bom quando vai comprar o veículo, depois que vc compra liga para lá eles não te atende , manda mensagem eles não responde, e pede ajuda quando for lá, manda procurar o seu vendedor e nunca acha o vendedor sempre está em horário de almoço ou não chegou na loja. Péssimo! Não recomendo .
Service is only good when you go to buy the vehicle, after you buy, call there they don't answer, send a message they don't answer, and ask for help when you go there, send for your seller and never find the seller always on time lunch or not arrived at the store. Terrible! I do not recommend .

Gostaria de parabenizar a equipe fama veículos, especialmente o vendedor Tony excelente profissional e um ótimo ser humano, e os patrões são incríveis, quê Deus continue abençoando a toda equipe fama veículos, comprei um automóvel a cerca de 3 meses, na fama veículos, e o carro apresentou um problema mecânico, retornei na fama veículos para reclama do Poblema apresentado, fui super bem atendido, bom pra resumir minha experiência com a fama veículos... o carro foi para retificar, ficou mas ou menos uns 20 dias na oficina, falei com ó Sr Tony quê a prestação estava prestes a vencer pois o carro e meu instrumento de trabalho, ó mesmo levou a minha situação a quem é do direito, para os patrões, na mesma hora ó dono da agência fama veículos me chamou e propôs pagar a mensalidade que estava prestes a vencer, um ser humano incrível, um mês depois o carro apresentou ó mesmo plobema, ó dono da agência fama veículos, mandou eu arruma uma oficina credenciada de minha confiança que ele iria pagar, assim foi feito.... pra finalizar minha experiência com a fama veículos, super indico, quando pensar em compra ou trocar de carro vai na fama veículos????

I told Mr Tony that the installment was about to expire because the car and my work instrument, he even took my situation to those who are entitled, to the bosses, at the same time the owner of the Fama Vehicles agency called me and proposed pay the monthly fee that was about to expire, an amazing human being, a month later the car presented the same problem, oh owner of the Fama Vehicles Agency, he told me to get an accredited workshop of my trust that he would pay ar, that's how it was done.... to finish my experience with the vehicles fame, I super nominate, when you think about buying or changing a car, go to the vehicles fame ????
