★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma torneira elétrica Game, uma semana depois de instalada já começou a vazar pela válvula de abertura, a ponto de sair mais água pelo vazamento do que pela torneira. Agora essa parte simplesmente desmontou ao abrir. Tentei contato várias vezes por telefone sem sucesso. Péssima experiência
 I bought a Game electric faucet, a week after it was installed it started to leak through the opening valve, to the point of leaving more water through the leak than through the faucet. Now that part just disassembled on opening. I tried to contact several times by phone without success. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por muito tempo usei Lorenzetti mais resolvi testar a FAME e superou muito minha expectativas!
1° comprei ducha KIBANHO que durou muuuito e quando fui substituir a resistência observei a facilidade na troca e tbm o mecanismo interno bem superior ao concorrente!
Já comprei 2 aquecedores para torneira que tbm tem um funcionamento ótimo!
SUPER RECOMENDO!!!
For a long time I used Lorenzetti but I decided to test FAME and it surpassed my expectations a lot!
1st I bought a KIBANHO shower that lasted sooooo and when I went to replace the resistance I noticed how easy it was to change and also the internal mechanism far superior to the competitor!
I've already bought 2 tap heaters that also work great!
SUPER RECOMMEND!!!

Todos os profissionais foram super atenciosos, tem estacionamento do lado da porta de entrada e melhor, me surpreenderam não cobrando o pequeno reparo do meu chuveiro (era um reparo simples numa borracha que estourou). Muito obrigado.
I had to go to technical assistance today and I was VERY well received and attended to. All the professionals were super attentive, there is parking next to the entrance door and better, they surprised me by not charging for the small repair of my shower (it was a simple repair to a blown rubber). Thank you very much.

Spectacular, I was served with friendly people, it was worth going and meeting people committed to customer satisfaction and look that I was willing to fight but I was disarmed with the sympathies of both the attendant and the technician who attended me and solved my big problem in 10 minutes.thanks to everyone who attended me.
