Prontamente me dirigi a loja.
Super indico a loja, inclusive estou postando para conhecidos que precisam de peças assim como eu precisei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Também sou mecânico e dei entrada em garantia no produto da Black&Decker, condenaram o a bateria do aparelho, porém, não realizaram se quer a abertura do mesmo. Realizei a marcação dos parafusos com torque seal e os parafusos se quer foram removidos. E alegaram que não havia cobertura para tal procedimento e me cobraram R$ 500,00 em uma bateria do equipamento.
Resolvi eu mesmo consertar o aparelho que por sinal, o problema era apenas um acúmulo de zinabre no polo negativo da bateria que energiza o aparelho.
Terrible attendance. I am also a mechanic and I entered into warranty on the product from Black&Decker, they condemned the device's battery, however, they did not open it. I marked the screws with torque seal and the screws were removed. And they claimed that there was no coverage for such a procedure and they charged me R$500.00 on a battery of the equipment.
I decided to fix the device myself, by the way, the problem was just an accumulation of zinnabre on the negative pole of the battery that powers the device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja com o técnico vendo a furadeira, para consertar na minha mão e mesmo assim saiu, a atendente disse que só ele poderia consertar e que acabou de sair, não quis ficar com a furadeira alegando que só com o técnico na loja. Fui com a furadeira para a loja, voltei com ela para casa, para depois voltar com ela novamente para a loja, contando com a sorte de encontrar o técnico lá. Não dá para entender porque não ficou com a furadeira e depois eu pegaria já concertada.
Vou procurar outra loja.
