★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei algumas vezes na unidade do food park vila mariana.
Nas ultimas experiências tive situações não tão boas.
O atendimento tem piorado cada vez mais, nesse ponto não falo das simpatia dos funcionários, pq sempre foram atenciosos, mas o processo da compra até receber o pedido tem sido muito ruim, várias pedidos trocados, chamando senhas e quando chega pra pegar o produto, é de outra pessoa.
Nos fds, a demanda aumenta e fica ainda pior, ou possuem poucos funcionários ou precisam melhorar o processo.
Ontem, estive lá, fiquei esperando mais de 30 min, e no final minha pizza já estava pronta a mais de 10 min e nao chamaram minha senha, quando cheguei em casa, já estava literalmente fria.
