From the service to the product that is sold, everything is excellent. If you want to enjoy a good barbecue, or to try that artisan burger, it's with them. Regret is a non-existent word at the Grill Family when it comes to quality!

Ao reclamar do pedido, o homem que me atendeu ficou do lado da atendente que mandou errado e foi completamente grosseiro, dizendo que o erro foi meu e não da atendente e perguntou se eu sabia ler. Ou seja, pagamos o preço correto por um pedido errado! Esse é o tipo de tratamento que recebemos depois de tantos pedidos e não é a primeira vez que um pedido vem errado! Talvez a atendente precise estudar mais interpretação de texto. Nunca mais pediremos nada nesse local! Que fique de exemplo para os possíveis clientes! O barato sai caro! A primeira coisa que o estabelecimento deve ter é respeito ao cliente e esse lugar não tem o mínimo para se chamar de food truck.
I had a bad experience with the order made by whatsapp. The attendant did not know how to read clear information and the order came completely wrong. When complaining about the order, the man who answered me took the side of the attendant who sent the wrong order and was completely rude, saying that it was my mistake and not the attendant's and asked if I knew how to read. That is, we pay the correct price for a wrong order! This is the kind of treatment we get after so many requests and it's not the first time an order has gone wrong! Perhaps the attendant needs to study more text interpretation. We will never order anything from this place again! Let it be an example for potential customers! Cheap is expensive! The first thing that the establishment must have is respect for the customer and this place doesn't have the least to call itself a food truck.
