★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima no quesito manutenção e atendimento. O aquecedor esquenta bem em dias ensolarados, mas os acessórios são ruins. E o atendimento do vendedor instalador é péssimo. Ele mesmo criticou a bóia da caixa d'água de suporte que a empresa envia. Aliás me cobrou nova bóia e nunca veio colocar. Gasto uma fortuna de água porque sai pelo ladrão as 24 horas do dia.
Não comprem. Colocarei foto da gambiarra que foi feita. Aguardem
Terrible in terms of maintenance and service. The heater gets hot on sunny days, but the accessories are bad. And the service from the installer seller is terrible. He himself criticized the support water tank buoy that the company sends. In fact, he charged me for a new buoy and never came to put it on. I spend a fortune on water because the thief comes out 24 hours a day.
