★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça da recepção é ótima, a única do local que me tratou bem. Aluguei uma fantasia e tive a pior experiência possível, ela veio danificada e com o zíper quebrado. Resumindo, não consegui usar e tive que alugar outra às pressas. Quando fui relatar o problema para a dona e pedir o ressarcimento, ela ficou questionando se não havia sido eu que quebrei o zíper. Olha sinceramente, primeira e última vez que vou nesse estabelecimento e não vou recomendar pra ninguém. A dona é péssima, tem que melhorar bastante o atendimento com o cliente. Não recomendo.
The girl at the reception is great, the only one in the place who treated me well. I rented a costume and had the worst experience possible, it came damaged and the zipper broken. In short, I couldn't use it and had to rent another one in a hurry. When I went to report the problem to the owner and ask for compensation, she wondered if I had broken the zipper. Look honestly, first and last time I go to this establishment and I will not recommend it to anyone. The owner is terrible, she has to improve customer service a lot. I do not recommend.
