★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi boa. Para começar, pedi para que retirassem um corrimão, pois sabia que meu sofá não passaria pelas escadas sem essa retirada. Insistiram e perderam muito tempo. Não satisfeitos, não retiraram o corrimão que indiquei, mas outro. Depois de eu muito insistir, fizeram o que pedi e finalmente passaram. Perderam 30 min só nesse sofá porque não me escutaram. Se eu não estivesse por perto, eles enrolavam para carregar o caminhão. Em vez de deixarem as coisas para que um apenas subisse tudo, ficavam enrolando. Chegaram dizendo que dariam conta de tudo em 4h, mas, por enrolarem muito, baterem papo várias vezes, obviamente não foi possível. Então, a cada hora o preço fica 230 reais mais caro. Ofereci o passo-a-passo de montagem do guarda-roupa, mas o montador recusou, garantindo que sabia o que fazia. Mais uma vez, perderam muito tempo por não me ouvirem. Quando chegamos ao local de desembarque, tive que ajudar correndo, porque eles andaram cada vez mais lentamente. Então, o lema deles, de que a gente só precisa se despedir dos vizinhos e cumprimentar os novos, não se cumpriu. Quem os contratar deve ficar preparado para 1. P
pagar pelo menos o dobro do serviço contratado, 2. cobrar o tempo todo com o risco de ser desconsiderado e 3. trabalhar com eles e mais que eles, pois enrolam o quanto puderem.
It wasn't good. To begin with, I asked them to remove a handrail, as I knew my couch wouldn't go up the stairs without it. They insisted and wasted a lot of time. Not satisfied, they didn't remove the handrail I indicated, but another. After I insisted so much, they did what I asked and finally passed. They lost 30 minutes on this sofa alone because they didn't listen to me. If I wasn't around, they would wind up to load the truck. Instead of leaving things for one to just go up, they kept stalling. They arrived saying that they would handle everything in 4:00, but, because they were too slow, chatting several times, it was obviously not possible. So, every hour the price is 230 reais more expensive. I offered the step-by-step wardrobe assembly, but the assembler refused, assuring him that he knew what he was doing. Once again, they wasted a lot of time not listening to me. When we got to the landing place, I had to help running, because they walked slower and slower. So, their motto, that we just need to say goodbye to our neighbors and say hello to the new ones, was not fulfilled. Whoever hires them must be prepared for 1. P
pay at least double the contracted service, 2. charge all the time with the risk of being disregarded and 3. work with them and more than them, because they mess around as much as they can.
