Mas a última experiência não foi das melhores, o suporte técnico é muito ''seco'' com informações importantes.
Fiz a compra de impressora e bulk HP 8710 com menos de três meses deu problemas, recorri a garantia que resolveu o problema em partes, mas com uma demora imensa, depois de um tempo novamente o mesmo problema. Me enviaram um cartucho usado e ainda danificado e depois alegaram não ter mais peças em estoque.
O que eu acho uma mentida, pois sem houver necessidade de troca o cliente ficará na mão?
Infelizmente a minha melhor compra até hoje com vocês foi a que me deu mais dor de cabeça.

I made the purchase of printer and bulk HP 8710 with less than three months gave problems, I turned the warranty that solved the problem in parts, but with an immense delay, after a time again the same problem. They sent me a used and still damaged cartridge and then claimed they had no more parts in stock.
What I think is a lie, because without the need to change the client will be in the hand?
Unfortunately my best purchase to date with you was the one that gave me more headache.

Anunciam o item, mandam errado, quando tentamos resolver eles mandam a gente fazer devolução e comprar novamente o mesmo produto com quase 90% de aumento do produto já comprando. Prejuízo total, o famoso barato que saiu caro, fiquei sem o produto, vou ter que pagar uber pra devolver uma caixa mega pesada já se vão R$40,00 no mínimo, meu tempo, multa dos clientes pq vou atrasar pra comprar papel novamente. Nunca mais eu compro nesse lugar! Pensem antes, melhor pagar mais num fornecedor que cumpre oque anuncia. Procuren a Ink Paper ou Comercio Mix , eles me salvaram e resolveram meu problema.

They advertise the item, send it wrong, when we try to solve it they tell us to return it and buy the same product again with almost 90% increase in the product already buying. Total loss, the famous price that was expensive, I ran out of the product, I'll have to pay uber to return a mega heavy box, at least R$40.00 are gone, my time, fine from customers because I'm going to be late to buy paper again. I'll never shop at this place again! Think before, better to pay more in a provider that delivers what it advertises. Look for Ink Paper or Comercio Mix, they saved me and solved my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no mercado livre, era para ter vindo folha adesiva e veio incorreta, tentei fazer a devolução em menos de uma semana, porém eles enrolam e não mandam o codigo de devolução. Sugeri pagar a diferença ou ate mesmo o envio de devolução, pois preciso das 500 folhas adesivas, urgente. Contatei na loja fisica, falei com maicon e outro funcionário. Não querem resolve meu problema, falam que vão responder no ML e não respondem e estou no prejuizo de faturamento na minha loja pr conta disso, decepção, vou tomar outras medidas caso nao consiga devolver até sexta-feira.
I made a purchase on the open market, it was supposed to have the adhesive sheet and it came incorrectly, I tried to return it in less than a week, but they roll up and don't send the return code. I suggested paying the difference or even sending it back, as I need the 500 adhesive sheets, urgently. I contacted the physical store, spoke with maicon and another employee. They don't want to solve my problem, they say they'll respond in the ML and they don't respond and I'm having a loss of billing in my store because of this, disappointment, I'll take other measures if I can't return it by Friday.
