★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site diz um dia de entrega comprei o presente da minha esposa para o Natal no dia 18 viajo hoje dia 21 e o presente não chegou.
Vou dar o que pra ela ? Uma desculpa furada ? Uma explicação que no Brasil não existe empresa séria que cumpram o que é vendido aos clientes? Digo pra ela que fui feito de palhaço pela loja FARM? Alguma sugestão?
 The site says one day of delivery I bought my wife's gift for Christmas on the 18th I travel today on the 21st and the gift did not arrive.

Beautiful Farm shop between Rua da Quitanda and Rua do Ouvidor in the heart of downtown Rio de Janeiro. The store is large and sells pieces from the current and previous collections (off). Plenty of models and sizes, beautiful plain and printed clothes with Brazilian themes. Master!!

Fui ontem pela primeira vez, pra começar que não fui atendida em momento algum e quando estava olhando as.peças no cabideiro uma vendedora me empurrou praticamente pq estava arrumando o cabideiro, sim empurrou, não falou um Aí, não pediu uma desculpa e seguiu arrumando o cabideiro. Nunca vi isso em loja alguma.
Sabem cobrar 599 reais num vestido mas nao treinam minimamente uma equipe, não volto é nunca! Melhorem

Went yesterday for the first time, to start with I was not satisfied at any time and when I was looking at clothes rack as.peças a saleswoman pushed me just 'cause was fixing the rack, rather pushed, no one spoke There, did not ask for an apology and followed packing the clothes rack. I never saw it in any store.
Know charge 599 reais a dress but not minimally train a team, not going back is never! Get better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionada com o descaso e péssimo atendimento das funcionarias da loja Farm 102, localizada a rua do Ouvidor 86, Centro, Rio de Janeiro. Estive a loja em 29 de janeiro por volta das 16:15, entrei e escolhi cinco peças, me dirigi ao provador e, em momento algum fui auxiliada por qualquer funcionaria, me dirigindo ao Caixa para efetuar o pagamento, me senti completamente invisivel, a funcionaria que ali estava, se quer me olhou. Aguardei alguns minutos por educacao o atendimento, e nada aconteceu. Achei por bem, mesmo irritada com o descaso, nao me manifestar e me retirar sem efetuar a compra. Sou cliente Farm e habitualmente realizo minhas compras na Casa Farm (Lagoa) ou no Village Mall, sinceramente não entendi ate o momento o que ocorreu!!! Foi preconceito, julgamento improprio por eu ser negra???Ao sair encontrei com meu marido e comentei sobre o ocorrido, quando o segurança me abordou e peguntou se eu nao estava satisfeita com o atendimento, relatando a observacao de que nenhuma vendedora tinha se dirigido a mim, e que acabei nao efetuando minha compra.
Uma pena gosto muito da marca por ser moderna, ecletica e estar envolvida em causas ambientais e sociais, nesta loja nunca mais.
Sou negra, nao sei se sofri um ato de racismo, ou de duma tremenda falta de respeito com clinte.

Impressed by the neglect and terrible service of the employees of the Farm 102 store, located at Rua do Ouvidor 86, Centro, Rio de Janeiro. I was at the store on January 29 at around 16:15, I went in and chose five pieces, I went to the fitting room and, at no time was I helped by any employee, going to the cashier to make the payment, I felt completely invisible, the it would work if it was there, if you want to look at me. I waited a few minutes for politeness, and nothing happened. I thought it was good, even irritated by the neglect, not to speak up and leave without making the purchase. I'm a Farm customer and I usually do my shopping at Casa Farm (Lagoa) or at the Village Mall, I honestly didn't understand what happened so far !!! Was it prejudice, improper judgment because I was black ??? When I left I met my husband and commented on what happened, when the security guard approached me and asked if I was not satisfied with the service, reporting the observation that no salesperson had addressed me, and that I ended up not making my purchase.
A pity I really like the brand for being modern, eclectic and being involved in environmental and social causes, in this store never again.
I'm black, I don't know if I suffered an act of racism, or from a tremendous lack of respect with clients.

It's not an outlet, nothing is cheap, absurd prices, better buy it on promo on the website and look at it, it's not worth it

Terrible service, should review the sellers!! Well, I was prejudiced by those who choose the public they decide to serve, I gave up on the purchase and lost all credibility with the brand!! Disappointment summary only about the brand !!!
