★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou a esta farmácia; Porém hoje a noite acabo de sair de lá sem atendimento, pois a funcionária do balcão passou minha vez a outra pessoa que havia acabado de chegar e não me deu satisfação alguma. Quando eu cheguei, tinha quatro pessoas na fila e eu aguardei minha vez assim como todos os outros que foram atendidos e seguiram para o caixa. Achei falta de respeito com cliente e falta de empatia também !! Eu iria comprar não só medicamentos, mas perfumaria também, mas, após esse descaso fui embora !!
I always go to this pharmacy; But tonight I just left without service, because the clerk passed my turn to someone who had just arrived and gave me no satisfaction. When I arrived, there were four people in line and I waited for my turn as did everyone else who was met and went to the cashier. I found lack of respect for the customer and lack of empathy too !! I would buy not only medicines, but perfumery as well, but after this neglect I left !!
