★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendido no caixa por uma moça chamada ytalia, alguma coisa assim, não guardei bem o nome pq é bem diferente, enfim, deixa o cliente parado na fila arrumando o caixa, não me deu um bom dia, não olhou na minha cara, não disse pra aguardar um pouco, seria completamente compreensível aguardar ciente. Mas me senti com cara de trouxa esperando um atendimento descente, um bom dia nós damos até pra um mendigo. Eu não estava pedindo nem implorando nada, estava comprando e recebi um descaso total. Em menos de 5metros tem outras duas farmácias, e vou sempre dar preferência onde for tratado melhor, perderam um cliente pela falta de educação. Sugiro trocar de profissão, onde vc não precise ser educada com os clientes

But I felt like a fool expecting a decent service, on a good day we even give it to a beggar. I wasn't asking or begging for anything, I was buying and I received complete disregard. In less than 5 meters there are two other pharmacies, and I will always give preference to where it is treated better, they lost a customer due to lack of education. I suggest changing professions, where you don't need to be polite to customers
