Nós clientes entramos em contato pelo WhatsApp para um atendimento rápido, fiquei mais de 1 hora para realizar um pedido para entrega através das mensagens (Entrei em contato as 13h50 e consegui finalizar a compra apenas as 15hs), após finalizar o pedido que demorava a chegar (Fiquei esperando até mais de 17hs), recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o motoboy havia passado aqui e n tinha ninguém em casa, sendo que estou trabalhando homeoficce n sai de casa em nenhum instante e não tinha nenhum barulho que me impedisse de escutar o motoboy chegando!!!! Nunca mais peço nada para entrega!!!!
Terrible attendance!! We customers contacted by WhatsApp for a quick service, I stayed more than 1 hour to place an order for delivery through the messages (I contacted at 1:50 pm and managed to finalize the purchase only at 3:00 pm), after finalizing the order that was slow to arrive (I was waiting until more than 17hs), I received a message saying that the motoboy had passed here and there was nobody at home, being that I am working homeoficce n leaves the house in no time and there was no noise that would prevent me from listening to the motoboy arriving !!!! I never ask for delivery again !!!!
