I really like this pharmacy, I think the prices are very good and so far I've had a good experience, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the delay in service, it could be faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ainda anteontem efetuando uma compra nessa farmácia. A atendente informou-me que NÃO TINHA o medicamento que eu desejava mas tinha um outro igual! Perguntei se era o MESMO AGENTE QUÍMICO e ela disse que sim! Não contente, ainda questionei pela SEGUNDA VEZ se era o MESMO PRINCIPIO ATIVO do medicamento que solicitei. Mais uma vez ela informou que SIM! Como eu não estava com o meu celular no momento, acabei trazendo o medicamento e, já em casa, pesquisei sobre o mesmo! Uma droga COMPLETAMENTE DIFERENTE! Volte lá imediatamente e fiz com que ela me devolvesse o valor pago e recolhesse o medicamento! Absurdo uma atendente de balcão de uma farmácia ficar INVENTANDO medicação para o povo, simplesmente pelo fato de EFETUAR UMA VENDA! Logo acaba MATANDO alguém! Nunca mais volto!
I was just the day before yesterday making a purchase at this pharmacy. The attendant informed me that she didn't have the medicine I wanted but she had another one just like it! I asked if it was the SAME CHEMICAL AGENT and she said yes! Not happy, I still questioned for the SECOND TIME if it was the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT as the drug I requested. Once again she informed that YES! As I didn't have my cell phone at the time, I ended up bringing the medicine and, already at home, I researched about it! A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT drug! Go back there immediately and I had her return the amount paid to me and collect the medicine! Absurd for a pharmacy counter attendant to be INVENTING medication for the people, simply for the fact of MAKING A SALE! Soon it ends up KILLING someone! Never come back!
