Não sei oque acontece com os funcionários nessa farmácia que liga liga ninguém atende o telefone...ou telefone com problema ou funcionários não querem trabalhar ou falta funcionários ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante pois cheguei as 23:15h e ela ja estava fechada sendo q fecha as 00h acredito eu q farmácia é prioridade msm em pandemia ou com decreto a farmacia é prioridade, mas em Votorantim deveria ter uma farmácia 24h, pois fica muito longe para ir para uma cidade vizinha para buscar remédio. Nem tudo mundo tem um veículo ou dinheiro para uber para buscar um remédio em outra cidade. Só acho....
Frustrated because I arrived at 11:15 pm and it was already closed and it closes at 00:00 I believe that pharmacy is a priority msm in a pandemic or by decree the pharmacy is a priority, but in Votorantim there should be a pharmacy 24h, as it is too far to go to a neighboring town to seek medicine. Not everyone has a vehicle or money to uber to get medicine in another city. I just think....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, você liga para perguntar sobre um remédio e se a atendente não te informar que não tem, como você vai saber?! A funcionária tem que comunicar o cliente caso não tenha disponível para que o mesmo não compareça e de com a cara na porta, obrigada por nada!!
Bad service, you call to ask about a medicine and if the attendant doesn't inform you that you don't have it, how will you know?! The employee has to notify the customer if she is not available so that he does not show up and face the door, thank you for nothing!!
