★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notável! Compro minhas medicações de uso contínuo aqui ao invés de comprar em São Paulo! Sempre estão em estoque, o que nem sempre ocorre nas farmácias de SP, fazem serviço de delivery, a equipe e ambiente são agradáveis e não menos importante tem um canal de atendimento por mensagens algo impensável nas grandes redes que sequer atendem ao telefone, para além de apps entediantes, um processo super burocrático e confuso. Recomendo, minha experiência tem sido muito positiva!
Remarkable! I buy my medications for continuous use here instead of buying them in São Paulo! They are always in stock, which does not always happen in SP pharmacies, they provide delivery service, the staff and environment are pleasant and not least they have a message service channel, something unthinkable in large chains that do not even answer the phone, in addition to of tedious apps, a super bureaucratic and confusing process. I recommend it, my experience has been very positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei mensagem para solicitar o delivery, ninguém respondeu. Liguei mandaram chamar no whatsapp, chamei demoram a responder, não respondem as perguntas. Mencionei que iria comprar em outro local, foram seco na resposta. Atendimento zero, precisam de dicas de marketing e atendimento ao cliente. Depois reclamam quando falem!
I texted to request delivery, no one responded. I called they sent a call on whatsapp, I called they were slow to answer, they do not answer the questions. I mentioned that I would buy elsewhere, were dry in response. Zero service, need marketing and customer service tips. Then complain when they speak!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mandei whatsApp de manha e devido ao tempo de entrega, disse que chamaria a tarde. mandei msg as 13:00 e após 30min sem resposta resolvi pedir pelo ifood. agora, 16:20 sem respostas do whats e do ifood, eles cancelaram meu pedido. preciso de um antialergico e pomada para queimadura a uma criança e fiquei assim, na mão, sem desculpa.
I sent whatsApp in the morning and due to the delivery time, I said I would call in the afternoon. I sent a msg at 13:00 and after 30 minutes without an answer I decided to ask for ifood. now 16:20 no responses from whats and ifood, they canceled my order. I need an anti-allergic and burn ointment for a child and I was left like that, in my hand, with no excuse.

Absurd! They charged R$ 55.00 for the medicine *Aradois 50mg* from the biolab laboratory and in the large networks it costs R$ 10.32 and this medicine is provided for free at the popular pharmacy.....I felt robbed, I will not go back to this pharmacy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas, sempre sou atendida pelo WhatsApp, com entrega dentro do prazo combinado e os funcionários muito atencioso, as vezes os preço sao mais caro que em Sp ou nas grandes redes, mas não dá para comparar q tenho desconto nessas outras farmacias
