★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível o atendimento on-line , solicite uma medicação dia 26/2 segundo informações do atendente estaria pronta dia 3/3 fui buscar dia 16/3 e ainda não estava prota , por falta de atenção de quem retirou meu pedido. Estou tentando falar com alguém pra saber do pedido e ninguém me responde no WhatsApp e o número que tem disponível está dando como não existe.

Eu tinha lido aqui alguns casos de gente que eles não cumpriram o prazo, mas não imaginei que aconteceria comigo.
Fiz um pedido com prazo de entrega dia 19 as 9h, as 10h liguei lá e o pedido não estava pronto porque eles não tinham um medicamento.
Falou que ficaria pronto as 16h
No dia 20 liguei lá e não tinham o medicamento ainda.
Se não tem um medicamento, precisam informar na HORA DA COMPRA, o cliente tem que ter a escolha de saber que se quer comprar algo que ainda não chegou. Eu estou de passagem em Aracaju, precisava de algo com urgência.
Eles precisam entender que medicação não é roupa, uma pessoa que busca um remedio é porque está com dor ou com alguma necessidade.
Fazer isso é um descaso com a saúde das pessoas.
O preço é menor do que de outras farmácias de manipulação. Mas a que custo? É o típico “o barato que sai caro”

I placed an order with delivery on the 19th at 9 am, at 10 am I called there and the order was not ready because they didn't have a medicine.

If you don't have a medication, you need to inform it at the TIME OF PURCHASE, the customer has to have the choice of knowing that they want to buy something that hasn't arrived yet. I'm passing through Aracaju, I needed something urgently.
They need to understand that medication is not clothes, a person who seeks medication is because they are in pain or in need.
Doing this is a disregard for people's health.
The price is lower than other compounding pharmacies. But at what cost? It's the typical "cheap is expensive"
