★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 402 Sul- Demora pra atender o telefone. Solicitei remédio 18:46, são 19:14h e até agora nada. Liguei e falaram que já tinha saído pra entrega. Péssimo.
402 South- It takes time to answer the phone. I requested medicine at 6:46 pm, it is 7:14 pm and so far nothing. I called and they said it had already left for delivery. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial, até então, nunca tive problema, mas, no Whatsapp é terrível, raramente respondem em 15 minutos, o atendimento para ser finalizado demoram horas. Se implementam uma nova forma de atendimento, devem pelo menos se preparar com a quantidade de atendentes de acordo a demanda.
Face-to-face service, so far, I never had a problem, but on Whatsapp it's terrible, they rarely respond within 15 minutes, the service takes hours to complete. If they implement a new form of service, they should at least prepare with the number of attendants according to demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O delivery é péssimo, toda vez demora demais, e olha q eu moro perto, fiz um pedido 07:45h pq as entregas começam as 08:00h, pra vê se conseguiam me entregar até às 08:30 já que de lá até aqui não gasta 4 minutos, e ainda disse que era urgente, pra me mandarem o mais rápido possível, (e realmente era), agora já são 09:16 e até agora nada de me entregar, e eu não posso sair pra buscar pois tenho um bebê e é difícil.
The delivery is terrible, every time it takes too long, and look because I live close by, I placed an order at 7:45 am because deliveries start at 8:00 am, to see if they could deliver it to me by 8:30 am since it doesn't it takes 4 minutes, and I even said it was urgent, to get me sent as soon as possible (and it really was), now it's 9:16 am and so far no delivery, and I can't go get it because I have a baby and it's hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na farmácia para saber o preço de 01cx (100 unidades) de agulhas para insulina achando interessante o preço me desloquei + de 10 km para ir comprar. No local fui informado que só vendem agulhas de forma unitária (e não caixa fechada) o que custaria quase o dobro do preço. Fui pra casa e comprei pela internet em outra farmácia praticamente pelo valor informado inicialmente. Fiquei com o prejuízo de 02 lts de gasolina e chateado com a viagem perdida.
I called the pharmacy to find out the price of 01cx (100 units) of insulin needles, finding the price interesting and I moved more than 10 km to go buy it. At the place I was informed that they only sell needles in a single unit (and not closed box) which would cost almost twice the price. I went home and bought it online at another pharmacy for practically the amount initially reported. I was left with the loss of 02 liters of gasoline and upset with the lost trip.
