Pedi a uma pessoa para comprar um clareador para mim. Na loja venderam a esta pessoa um produto errado, um iluminador. Venderam o iluminador sem ao menos perguntar se era esse mesmo o que o cliente queria. Mesmo alegando que o produto servia como clareador eu quis devolver o produto e pegar o dinheiro de volta, mas a loja não devolveu o dinheiro.
They sold a wrong product.
I asked a person to buy a bleaching agent for me. In the store they sold this person a wrong product, an illuminator. They sold the illuminator without even asking if it was what the customer wanted. Even claiming that the product served as a bleacher I wanted to return the product and get the money back, but the store did not return the money.
