★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que falta um pouco de consideração com os clientes, já que os mesmos que os procuram normalmente estão precisando de algo pra seu bem está físico. Pedi um medicamento, onde fui informada que haviam dois motoqueiros disponíveis para a entrega(caso não,eu mesma teria ido já que estava com muita pressa) e se quando passaram 15 min de aguardo, fui informada que os motoqueiros ainda estavam na loja, 10 minutos depois chega um entregador de bicicleta. Ao total 25 minutos de espera! E quando liguei informando a urgência do medicamento, a atendente apenas disse que não fazia esse tempo não. Rsrs
Se ela tivesse falado no primeiro instante que não haviam pessoas disponíveis para a entrega, eu mesma teria ido buscar e não levaria 20 min.
Enfim, vou deixar registrado minha insatisfação e peço um pouco mais de sinceridade da próxima vez.
I believe that it lacks a little consideration with customers, since the same ones that look for them are usually in need of something for their good is physical. I asked for a medicine, where I was informed that there were two bikers available for delivery (if not, I would have gone since I was in a hurry) and if when 15 minutes of waiting had passed, I was informed that the bikers were still at the store, 10 minutes later a bicycle delivery man arrives. In total 25 minutes of waiting! And when I called informing the urgency of the medication, the attendant just said that it was not that long ago. Lol
If she had said at the first moment that there were no people available for delivery, I would have picked it up myself and it wouldn't take 20 min.
Anyway, I will record my dissatisfaction and ask for a little more sincerity next time.
