★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente me deixou 20min no telefone e esqueceu do meu atendimento, estava ouvindo conversas paralales, coisas que não tinha nada haver os mesmo estarem falando em uma Farmácia, vamos melhorar esse atendimento por favor.
The attendant left me 20 minutes on the phone and forgot my service, I was listening to parallel conversations, things that had nothing to do with them even being talking in a Pharmacy, let's improve this service please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Frio, funcionários do balcão pra pagamento são mal educados sem preparação nenhuma pro mercado. Os funcionários são reflexo da má gestão. Preços abusivos pelo motivo da nobre localização da farmácia por estar situada ao lado do arco do triunfo. Torna-se lugar pra se comprar em caso de emergência pela localização. Tem muito o que melhorar em termos de comportamento e gestão. Abraço sem covid pra todos!
Cold service, counter staff for payment are rude without any preparation for the market. Employees are a reflection of poor management. Abusive prices due to the noble location of the pharmacy because it is located next to the arc of triumph. It becomes a place to buy in an emergency due to the location. There is much to improve in terms of behavior and management. Hug without covid for everyone!

É o estabelecimento ideal pra sentir o típico atendimento sobralense, com preços exorbitantes, (que poderiam ser justificados pela conveniência) e um atendimento de má vontade, tive uma experiência ontem na loja e já se repetiu várias vezes, ao comprar uma bebida lá, nunca (ou na maioria das vezes) eles dizem que não tem copo descartável, uma Miserabilidade com uma coisa tão supérflua, essa não foi a primeira vez que isso ocorreu, o cúmulo foi quando (de outra vez) o atendente falou que não tinha copo e o PACOTE de copo estava dando pra ver pelo lado de fora, apontei o copo, o atendente respondeu que: "achava que tinha acabado" ? melhorem! Simplesmente melhorem. Existem outros estabelecimentos 24h com preços melhores e atendimento também!

Simply improve. There are other 24h establishments with better prices and service too!
