★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos clientes assíduos da Farmácia até que, um dia, mais precisamente na semana passada quando fomos até uma das unidades e compramos alguns itens (*que por sinal eram caros), passei primeiro com meu bebê de 1 ano pela porta para sair da Farmácia e minha cunhada veio em seguida, que apenas fechou a porta de vidro do estabelecimento que quebrou estilhaços de vidro em cima dela. Ela saiu toda cheia de vidros e feridas com sangue. Não prestaram o socorro devido a ela. Meu bebê não se machucou por pouco, pois estávamos próximos a porta, mas ele chorou muito com o estrondo. Dias após o ocorrido, minha sogra foi efetuar a compra de um medicamento caro e a ameaçaram, informando que ela teria que arcar com a porta, caso o contrário, tomaram as medidas cabíveis! Medidas cabíveis de que?? Minha cunhada saiu ferida, por pouco meu bebê não teria se ferido e a situação seria grave!! Como estabelecimento comercial, deveriam agradecer por não ter ocorrido nada de grave a ninguém! Eu que estava lá presenciei tudo e sei bem que minha cunhada não teve culpa! Nunca mais indicamos ou compraremos lá e tomaremos as medidas cabíveis na justiça!!
We were regular Pharmacy customers until one day, more precisely last week when we went to one of the units and bought some items (* which were expensive by the way), I first went with my 1 year old baby through the door to leave the Pharmacy my sister-in-law came next, who just closed the glass door of the establishment that shattered glass on top of her. She came out full of glass and bloody wounds. They did not provide help because of her. My baby was hardly hurt as we were near the door, but he cried a lot from the crash. Days after the fact, my mother-in-law went to buy an expensive medicine and threatened her, saying that she would have to pay the door, otherwise, they took the appropriate measures! What appropriate measures ?? My sister-in-law was injured, my baby would not have been injured and the situation would be serious !! As a business establishment, you should be thankful that nothing serious has happened to anyone! I was there witnessed everything and I know well that my sister-in-law was not to blame! We will never refer or buy there again and take reasonable action !!
