★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à Farmácia Hiper Econômica de Ondina hoje dia 06/01, tinha duas filas, escolhi a menor, sou idosa. Quando fui atendida me mandaram para a outra fila, ali era só para pagar. Fui para a outra fila, um rapaz desistiu da compra, porque estava demorando muito e a moça que estava atendendo minha fila perguntou a ele se era cartão, que ela mesmo cobraria, mas ele não aceitou. Quando chegou meu atendimento, ela me deu o medicamento e me mandou para o final da fila que eu estive antes. Disse que era cartão, ela nem respondeu. Desisti, muita falta de respeito com o cliente. Nunca mais volto.
I went to the Hiper Econômica Pharmacy in Ondina today 06/01, I had two lines, I chose the smallest one, I am elderly. When I was attended, they sent me to the other line, there it was just to pay. I went to the other line, a boy gave up on the purchase, because it was taking too long and the girl who was attending my line asked him if it was a card, which she would charge, but he didn't accept it. When my appointment arrived, she gave me the medication and sent me to the end of the line I was in before. Said it was a card, she didn't even answer. I gave up, very lack of respect with the customer. I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu me sentir muito constrangido ao adentra essa farmácia, estava procurando um medicamento para meu filho, fui em outras farmácia e não achei, chamado claritromicina 250ml, pois ao entra a menina do atendimento estava com o celular na mão e ao me ver colocou rapidamente dentro das calças, sei que sou negro e estava de sandália e Bermuda, não quer dizer que sou ladrão, a colega do lado olhou pra ela e eu fiquei querendo sair dali o mais rápido possível, pelo constrangimento de ser rotulado como ladrão...
