Bad customer service staff was at the zap marking barbecue and answering. Nonsense, where's the store management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de chegar em casa após uma cirurgia e realizei meu pedido pelo telefone. Após os 90 minutos eles não gaviam entregue. Liguei uma, duas, três vezes e após 3 horas de atraso meu pedido chegou. Fiz questão de cancela-lo realizei outro na concorrência (Drogaria Hebinho) que por sinal ficou 8,00 mais em conta.
TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO!!!
I just got home after surgery and placed my order over the phone. After 90 minutes they would not deliver. I called once, twice, three times and after 3 hours late my order arrived. I made a point of canceling it, I made another one in the competition (Drogaria Hebinho) which by the way was 8.00 more affordable.
TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT !!!

Whenever I ask for medicine there is an unparalleled delay, when I use telesales I ask the competitor because I've given up on there! They charge 6.50 fee and take an absurd time to deliver! Super dissatisfied with the delivery
