Depois de quase 30min falei com a gerente Eduarda que disse iria abrir uma exceção, porém mesmo minha avó sendo uma idosa o certo era ter pedido no nome dela para ela retirar. Resumo, indiquei uma pessoa que iria com o número do pedido retirar. Por fim, vocês entregam para minha tia que estava sem dado e documento algum da minha avó! Nunca mais compro ai e nem deixo minha avó comprar! PÉSSIMOS!
I made an online purchase for my 91-year-old grandmother who lives in the city. It was a huge bureaucracy to get rid of. They claimed that I, who am in SP, had to go pick it up in person. After almost 30min I spoke to the manager Eduarda who said she would make an exception, but even though my grandmother was an elderly woman, the right thing was to have asked in her name for her to withdraw. In summary, I indicated a person who would go with the order number to withdraw. Finally, you deliver to my aunt who was without any data and documents from my grandmother! I will never shop there again and I won't even let my grandma shop there! TERRIBLE!
