★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bom atendimento está muito além de tratar o cliente bem. Ter excelência demanda muito profissionalismo e esforço para entender o que ele precisa, bem como suas reais necessidades.
Quando um cliente tem uma dúvida ele deseja atenção, orientação e ñ foi o que recebi as 2 x que estive nessa farmácia hoje. Qdo algum cliente tem dúvidas ele quer esclarecer, está por ali e ñ estiver lá ñ tem ñ é o que desejamos ouvir.
A atendente Thais talvez estivesse mais preocupada em cvs com sua colega do que atender a uma solicitação.
O atendimento foi péssimo, dou nota zero pq não tinham 6 pessoas na farmácia.
Minha experiência foi totalmente negativa, estou acostumada ao atendimento nota mil da Araújo. Verifiquem se ela está realmente satisfeita com o trabalho para tratar os clientes com cuidado.

Good service goes far beyond treating the customer well. Having excellence requires a lot of professionalism and effort to understand what he needs, as well as his real needs.
When a customer has a question he wants attention, guidance and ñ that's what I received twice that I was at that pharmacy today. When any customer has doubts he wants to clarify, is there and ñ is there ñ has ñ is what we want to hear.
The attendant Thais was perhaps more concerned in CVs with her colleague than in fulfilling a request.
The service was terrible, I score zero because there were not 6 people in the pharmacy.
My experience was totally negative, I am used to Araújo's service. Make sure she is really happy with her job to treat customers with care.
Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, se pudesse daria 0 estrelas... os números não funcionam, o whatsapp não responde e no 0800 eu tento falar a aos atendentes simplesmente desligam na minha cara. NÃO RECOMENDO!!
Terrible service, if I could I would give 0 stars... the numbers don't work, whatsapp doesn't answer and on 0800 I try to talk to the attendants they just hang up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
